How do I change an existing reservation?
For a direct booking, use the details in your booking confirmation or contact reception. If you booked through Booking.com or another travel website, manage your reservation through that provider.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your booking confirmation contains the arrival and departure details for your stay. Please contact reception before travelling if you need an early arrival, late departure or assistance with access.
Can I park at the hotel?
Off-street parking is available. Please contact reception before your arrival to check the arrangements and availability for your stay.
How does The Garden discount work?
All hotel guests receive 25% off at The Garden. Book your table separately and bring your hotel booking confirmation. The venue is over-18s only and requires original photo ID. See your guest benefit and reserve a table.
